Acquest was hired by an investment holding company to make an acquisition of a small staffing company.  We identified and negotiated the purchase of the Temp Associates Companies.  The investors found a competent and charismatic CEO who they decided to back in a consolidation strategy.  The company was rebranded as Staffing Resources. It went on to make a string of acquisitions becoming finally Career Blazers which is now part of Global Employment Solutions.    Acquest helped launch Staffing Resources’ acquisition program;  we represented Staffing Resources in the purchase of Staffing Solutions and Power Temps of Texas.
