Olsten Corporation, one of the top three major U.S. Staffing companies, wanted overseas expansion, particularly in Latin America.  Acquest represented the owners of  Top Services Humanos Assessoria Empresarial Ltda., the Brazilian staffing market leader , in the sale of 51% of its equity to Olsten.  Olsten was subsequently acquired by Adecco.
