Kelly Services, one of the major multinational public staffing groups, wanted to enter the attorney staffing space.  The sector was in its infancy with few viable acquisition options.  Acting for Kelly, Acquest engaged the owners of the Wallace Law Registry , the only multi-market attorney staffing company, to sell to Kelly.  The transaction was the foundation of what is now Kelly Law Registry
