Tymetrix Inc. is a SasS business providing end-to-end enterprise legal management platform with e-billing, matter and case management, document management, budgeting and analysis, and reporting solutions.

Acquest provided consulting services to Tymetrix in the late 1990s during the company’s formative period in exchange for equity.  Acquest was engaged some years later to sell the business after it had achieved critical mass.  We approached the Dutch based global information services company Wolters Kluwer NV, knowing that they were interested in SaaS  products in the insurance and legal markets.  Tymetrix is now a market leader in eDiscovery and litigation support services.
