Peter Kuhlmann
Peter Kuhlmann has been an investment banker since 1986. He is principally involved with business service transactions and has initiated and completed assignments in a wide variety of industries. Peter has created concepts, raised capital, and partnered management with capital to launch new companies or take existing businesses to an entirely new level. He is a specialist in the human capital management and staffing sectors and has been closely involved with the formation and early growth of ten human capital management organizations which became nationally or internationally prominent. Peter co-founded Acquest in 1993 after serving as managing director responsible for North America for Translink, a Swiss M&A concern. In addition to his 30+ years M&A experience, Peter has been an investor and executive in several successful young growth companies ranging from optical imaging to on-line financial news. He is a director of several private companies and has served on the boards of two public companies.

Pauli Overdorff

Pauli Overdorff has more than 12 years experience as an investment banker and merchant banker with focused expertise in the staffing industry, technology, new-media, professional and environmental services sectors.
Pauli also has 20+ years senior level operating experience in technology and business service Fortune 1000 companies. She was Executive Vice President of TMP Worldwide and managed the integration of 17 IT staffing and professional services acquisitions that the company had made in 1999 – 2001. Prior to TMP, Ms. Overdorff enjoyed 5 years at Spherion capping her tenure as Executive Vice President where she launched the first Internet Service Division of any major staffing company. She also served as Regional Vice President of the Technology Services Division where she held operational responsibilities for more than $200 million in North American consulting services. Previously, Pauli has also held senior positions at AGS Computers and Bear Stearns.
Pauli has a BA degree in Philosophy from Mary Baldwin College and an MBA from Baruch College, The City University of New York.
James Green
Jim Green has more than 30 years of experience in environmental services with a focus on hazardous waste transportation and disposal, site remediation and regulatory management.
Jim has held senior management positions in both publicly-held and private companies. He has grown small startup companies as President and CEO and has positioned these organizations for sale to public and private companies. He has also managed the Transportation and Disposal Division of Laidlaw Environmental as Senior Vice President, with responsibility for over twenty permitted TSDF’s, 2,000 employees and $250 million in revenue. Subsequently, he served as COO of Heritage Environmental Services with over $120 million of revenue in remedial, transportation and disposal operations. More recently he was CEO of Enviro-Safe which was sold to Triumvirate Environmental in 2008. Mr. Green stayed with Triumvirate as southeast regional VP until 2016.
Jim has a long history of identifying and implementing value drivers which have transitioned small private companies to growth operations which offer value to both their shareholders and to much larger organizations. He has been involved with the purchase and sale of numerous environmental companies. As Senior Advisor for environmental services, his extensive experience and perspective are valuable assets for Acquest’s environmental sector clients.
Jim received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Clark University and his Master’s Degree in Medicinal Chemistry from Northeastern University.
